Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and implementation of immersive and engaging brand experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative marketing campaigns.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of projects, refining strategies as necessary.
• Manage the experiential marketing budget and vendors.
• Oversee the management and coordination of field activities including personnel and internal operations team
• Stay abreast with the latest trends in experiential marketing and adapt strategies as required.
• Work closely with the senior Client service manager for proper alignment on projects and Clients’ expectations
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on projects.

Key Requirements

• Candidate should have at least 5 – 8 years of experience working in Experiential marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing activations and events.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have the ability to understand project needs.
• Have a strong vendor and field staff network.
• Have a strong entrepreneurial drive.
