We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Legal Officer

Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
• Develop and inspect land surveying projects.
• Advise the company on title issues and environmental and insurance issues.
• Represent their company in court, participate in trials and hearings, file appeals, and draft documents and legal pleadings.
• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
