Job Title: Senior Land Surveyor

Location: Zamfara

Job Summary

• As the Senior land surveyor, you will oversee all land surveying operations for our construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will lead a team of surveyors, ensure accurate measurements, and provide critical data for project planning, design, and execution.
• This role requires a deep understanding of land surveying techniques, construction layouts, and topographical mapping.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate site setup and measurements.
• Maintain and update survey records, control points, and technical documentation.
• Assist in supervising junior surveyors and field support teams.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct topographical and boundary surveys using GPS, Total Station, and other modern surveying tools.
• Interpret and analyze Field data to develop detailed site layouts, alignment plans, and construction maps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years experience in land surveying, preferably in road and bridge construction.
• Certified member of the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON)
• Proficient in the use of Total Station, GPS equipment, and CAD-based software.
