Job Description

• As a Senior Growth Marketing Associate at Sendbox, you will lead and manage a dynamic growth team, including a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designers.
• This role is crucial in steering our customer acquisition and retention strategies while driving revenue growth for the company. Reporting directly to the management team every week, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a cross-functional growth team, including a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and creative campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing effective marketing campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide comprehensive weekly reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators, insights, and proposed action plans.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Sales, Operations etc., to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
• Utilize analytics tools to analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing and other related fields.
• Proven experience in a growth marketing role, with a track record of managing and leading teams preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and creative campaigns.
• Ability to drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
