Job Title: Senior Full Stack Web Developer

Job Summary

• As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Double Digitech, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative software solutions while mentoring students at Double Digitech. 
• Our academy focuses on equipping learners with in-demand digital skills, including Full Stack Web Development and other technology-related expertise. 
• You will report to the Training and Development Lead, taking on responsibilities that span project development, instruction, and talent nurturing, as well as additional tasks to support Double Digitech’s mission of empowering Africa’s brightest minds.
• As a Senior Fullstack Web Developer at Double Digitech, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative software solutions while mentoring students at Double Digitech. 
• Our academy focuses on equipping learners with in-demand digital skills, including Full Stack Web Development and other technology-related expertise. 
• You will report to the Training and Development Lead, taking on responsibilities that span project development, instruction, and talent nurturing, as well as additional tasks to support Double Digitech’s mission of empowering Africa’s brightest minds.

Tools to be used:

• Frontend Development: React, Angular, Vue.js
• Backend Development: Node.js, Laravel
• Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab
• Project Management: Jira, Trello, Asana

Development and Instruction:

• Build, maintain, and optimize web applications for Kodex Build projects.
• Teach Fullstack Web Development and related digital skills at Kodex Academy.
• Conduct code reviews and technical evaluations to uphold quality standards

Mentorship and Talent Development:

• Mentor trainees at Kodex Academy, guiding them through real-world projects and challenges.
• Provide hands-on support for students in Fullstack Web Development and other skills.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages innovation and growth.

Standardization and Process Optimization:

• Develop and enforce coding standards, workflows, and best practices across teams.
• Recommend and implement new technologies to enhance training and project delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Kodex Academy’s curriculum

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
