Job Title: Senior Finance Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Senior Finance Officer to handle the company’s financial activities and ensure compliance with Nigerian financial landscape.
• The role involves managing reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and supporting management with sound financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in line with IFRS.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including payments, cash flow, and reconciliations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting,and monitor actual performance against budget.
• Control costs across projects and operations.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax requirements (FIRS, PAYE, VAT, WHT).
• Coordinate external audits and respond to audit queries.
• Manage banking relationships and support funding or financing activities.
• Supervise and guide the accounts/finance team.
• Work closely with operations and management to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• A professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA) is required.
• 5–7 years’ experience
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
