Job Title: Senior Farm Worker

About the Role

• We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Farm Supervisorwho leads by example as a farm worker fulfill his alloted farm task while overseeing junior farm workers and is fully willing to work on the field alongside.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong practical farming skills, firm leadership, and the ability to drive productivity, discipline, and best practices within daily farm operations.
• This role requires someone who is not just a supervisor, but afield leader, committed to ensuring that all farm activities run efficiently and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations and farm workers
• Oversee crop planting, weeding, maintenance, and harvesting activities
• Lead by example in executing practical farm tasks when required
• Implement and enforce best agricultural and Good Field Practices (GFP)
• Ensure correct and safe use of farm tools, equipment, and machinery
• Monitor worker attendance, discipline, and task performance
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, productivity records, and field logs
• Work closely with management to meet production targets and timelines

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field (preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in crop farming and field operations
• Proven ability to manage and supervise farm workers effectively
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
• Physically fit, field-oriented, and willing to work outdoors daily
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and work ethics
