• We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Events Specialist & Experience Designer to lead the creation and execution of world-class events and brand experiences.
• This senior role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and creative storytelling to deliver impactful, immersive experiences that connect audiences with brands.
• The ideal candidate brings proven project leadership and expertise in event strategy, experiential design within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Event Leadership:

• Lead the development of event strategies that align with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Translate business goals into experience concepts, audience journeys, and engagement strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and creative development.

Experience Design:

• Create innovative event concepts, customer journeys, and experiential touchpoints across physical, hybrid, and digital platforms.
• Partner with creative, production, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of storytelling, technology, and brand identity.
• Stay ahead of trends in event design, technology, and audience engagement to introduce fresh ideas.

Event Management & Execution:

• Oversee end-to-end project management, from proposal through to execution and post-event analysis.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Build strong partnerships with venues, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead on-site event execution, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Client & Business Development:

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior-level clients.
• Lead client presentations and workshops with persuasive storytelling and strategic thinking.
• Contribute to agency growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding client relationships.
