About the Role

• We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Email Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in email marketing strategy, deliverability, and technical setup. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our campaigns reach the right inboxes, optimizing performance, and building scalable processes that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate email lists and maintain list hygiene to maximize deliverability.
• Configure email systems (DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.) to ensure proper authentication and compliance.
• Manage and execute IP/domain warmup processes to maintain strong sender reputations.
• Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns (automation, segmentation, personalization).
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email deliverability and marketing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as in Email Marketer or in a similar role with strong results in email deliverability and engagement.
• Strong technical expertise in email configuration, authentication protocols, and deliverability tools.
• Experience with IP/domain warming and inbox placement testing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
