Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced furniture designer with deep site and design coordination experience.
• Ideal candidates will have strong technical drawing skills, site supervision experience, and can work autonomously while leading junior designers.

Key Responsibilities
Site Work:

• Take exact site measurements for furniture layouts and production
• Coordinate on-site visits across Nigeria

Furniture Design:

• Create and digitalize furniture designs (wardrobes, kitchens, doors)
• Maintain and grow a digital furniture library
• Produce detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or Palette CAD

Layouts & Production:

• Design floor plans and elevations
• Generate accurate cutting lists using Microsoft Excel

Team Collaboration:

• Lead junior designers
• Participate in concept design and communicate design ideas to clients and staff
• Strategize design direction with high attention to aesthetics and functionality

Tools Required:

• Strong command of AutoCAD (2D & 3D), 3D Max, Palette CAD (if available)

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in a similar furniture design role
• Must be able to work independently and responsibly
• Willingness to travel across Nigeria
• Proven team leadership skills
