About the Role

• Infinix Nigeria is hiring a Senior Creative Specialist to lead the creative direction of our visual and content identity across all brand touchpoints.
• You’ll turn sharp local insights into culturally relevant creative concepts, strengthen brand storytelling, and elevate brand perception in the Nigerian market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead creative direction across campaign visuals, product imagery, social media content, and retail POS materials
• Translate local market insights into compelling creative concepts for product launches and campaign activations
• Develop concepts and visual directions for integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, retail), balancing global brand guidelines with local cultural relevance
• Design and produce key visual assets — digital banners, social creatives, OOH layouts, print ads, product photography, and promotional graphics
• Create motion graphics, short video edits, and animated content for social and digital channels
• Act as brand guardian — reviewing and approving creative from agencies, vendors, and partners, and maintaining templates, asset libraries, and brand toolkits
• Collaborate with the social media team on platform-specific content and support influencer/KOL content with brand assets
• Coordinate external agencies, photographers, videographers, and printers for timely, high-quality delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in creative design, content production, or visual communications, with a strong portfolio spanning digital, print, social, and campaign visuals
• Proven ability to generate sharp, locally rooted insights and creative ideas
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), plus motion graphics and video editing skills — with the ability to shoot and edit photo/video content
• Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to guide external agency and vendor outputs
• Strong copywriting skills and fluency in English
• FMCG or consumer electronics (3C) experience — client-side or agency backgrounds welcome
• Ability to adapt creative approaches to different budget levels

Preferred:

• Experience in multicultural organizations, youth-oriented marketing, large-scale integrated campaigns, and deep knowledge of the Nigerian digital/social content space.
