Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and execution of Business Intelligence (BI) strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts and BI professionals.
• Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Executive teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and standardization across enterprise reporting systems.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and growth drivers through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Drive innovation by adopting cutting-edge BI tools and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree / MBA preferred).
• 6–8 years’ progressive experience in BI, data analytics, or enterprise reporting, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
• Proven success in leading data-driven transformation projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and strategic advisory skills.
