We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive high-value partnerships.
  • This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record in revenue generation, p&l ownership, team leadership, and executing complex business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of long-term business growth strategies
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for large accounts
  • Mentor and guide team members
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development goals with company objectives
  • Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to maximize value and minimize risk
  • Track, analyze, and report on revenue performance, pipeline development, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Financial Services or Healthcare sector
  • Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing key accounts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree (MBA or related fields)
  • Experience in financial services or healthcare.
