We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executive with 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business growth, and strategic partnerships.
  • The ideal candidate will lead revenue generation initiatives, identify and secure high-value opportunities, and expand our presence in the technology and cloud solutions market.
  • This role requires a results-oriented professional who can manage complex negotiations, foster long-term client relationships, and contribute to shaping the company’s overall business strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of cloud solutions and technology services to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure high-value business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market intelligence.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex deals with corporate clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business cases tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to guide strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technical) to align business growth strategies.
  • Mentor junior sales and business development staff to achieve departmental goals.
  • Track KPIs, prepare forecasts, and present performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, or technology solutions is a strong advantage.

  • Leadership and team mentorship.
  • Advanced negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business development reporting.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.
