Job Title: Senior Accountant

Locations: Lagos & Ogun

Job Description

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis for management and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead the annual financial audit process.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Salary
N700,000 Monthly.
