We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Accountant – Real Estate

Locations: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets and financial forecasts, monitor performance against budgeted figures.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate investments, including ROI calculations and cash flow projections.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee the general ledger accounting process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal control procedures.
• Lease Administration: Review lease agreements and analyze lease terms.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate accounting.
• Skills: Strong knowledge accounting software, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
