Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary 

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive security supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with security protocols and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
• Develop and enforce security security policies and peocedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Train security staff on best practices and emergency response procedures
• Liase with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities when necessary

Qualification and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security supervision, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergeny situation effectively.
