Job Title: Security Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor tosupervise our security team in maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel.
• Monitor security systems and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe conditions.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a calm and professional manner.
• Train and mentor new security staff.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and shift logs.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and company management as necessary.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security officer or supervisor (3+ years preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security administration or law enforcement is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Familiarity with security technologies and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control).
• Physical ability to patrol large areas and respond quickly to incidents.
