We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Personnel

Location: Obafemi Owode, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
• Conduct regular patrols around the factory premises to detect and prevent security breaches.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and visitor control systems.
• Record and maintain accurate logs of all daily activities and incidents.
• Support enforcement of company policies and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to security alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Collaborate with other security staff to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Assist in reporting, investigations, and follow-up of incidents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE / OND
• At least 2 years experience in a security role (preferably in an industrial or factory environment).
• Familiarity with security procedures, access control, and patrol operations.
• Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Certification or experience with a security company is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month
