We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security & Intelligence Manager

Location: Nigeria

Purpose

• To provide strategic leadership for security operations across all ARMS facilities nationwide by safeguarding personnel, company assets, and operations, while ensuring business continuity through effective risk management, intelligence gathering, and proactive security measures.

The Job

• Leading and coordinating security operations across all ARMS locations, including Olado Aggregation and Silo Storage Warehouses.
• Managing third-party security service providers and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, labor standards, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare intelligence reports, threat assessments, and early warning insights to support proactive risk management across ARMS operational locations.
• Developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies across all operational sites.
• Conducting regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and investigations into theft, vandalism, and other security incidents.
• Supervising security personnel and ensuring high standards of vigilance, discipline, and operational effectiveness.
• Monitoring vehicular movement and traffic management to prevent unauthorized access, congestion, and operational disruptions.
• Leading emergency preparedness initiatives, crisis management plans, and security awareness training programs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, security vendors, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements
Qualification:

• HND / B.Sc. in Criminology, Security Management, or a related discipline

Experience:

• Five (5) to seven (7) years of cognate experience in corporate security, intelligence, or risk management.

The Person Must:

• Possess strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of corporate security, intelligence gathering, and risk management practices.
• Have proven experience in conducting investigations and preparing detailed incident reports.
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and supply chain risks.
