Job Title: Security Guard

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking vigilant and dependable Security Guards to ensure the safety and protection of the premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidates must be disciplined, observant, and experienced in security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surroundings.
• Check and verify entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security reports.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established safety procedures.
• Inspect security equipment and report any faults or irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Support management in enforcing rules and maintaining order on the premises.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years proven experience as a Security Guard.
• Completion of basic security training is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures.

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long periods.
• Integrity, honesty, and high level of discipline.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly during emergencies.
• Basic report-writing skills.

Working Conditions:

• The job requires outdoor and indoor security activities.
• Must be available to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Uniform and basic security tools will be provided.
• 12-hour shifts (Day or Night), depending on schedule.
• Rotational shifts may apply based on operational needs.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
