Job Title: Security Guard

Job Overview

• We are seeking a vigilant and trustworthy Security Guard to protect our depot, employees, batteries, vehicles, equipment and other company assets.
• The successful candidate will help maintain a secure environment through access control, regular patrols and prompt reporting of security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the depot and verify authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Monitor the movement of batteries, vehicles and other company assets.
• Conduct regular security patrols around the premises.
• Identify and report suspicious activities or potential security threats.
• Report theft, damage, accidents, security breaches or other incidents immediately.
• Ensure gates, doors and designated security points are properly secured.
• Monitor compliance with security and safety procedures.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Depot Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND.
• Ability to read and write.
• Previous security experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Honest, responsible and professional.
• Ability to remain alert and respond appropriately to security situations.
