Job Description

• We are looking for a CCTV Control Room Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day activities of our Security Operations Centre (SOC) and ensure effective CCTV surveillance, security monitoring, incident detection, communication, escalation, and reporting across the terminal. In this role, you will maintain operational oversight of control room activities during assigned shifts and support the protection of people, cargo, assets, vessels, and critical infrastructure.
• Working closely with Security Management, Operations, IT, HSSE, and security service providers, you will play an important role in maintaining situational awareness, supporting incident response, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and driving continuous improvement within a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Security Operations Centre during assigned shifts and ensure continuous monitoring of CCTV, access control, alarm, communication, and related security systems.
• Direct proactive CCTV surveillance activities to identify security threats, suspicious behaviour, unauthorized access, cargo-related risks, and perimeter breaches.
• Escalate security incidents promptly and coordinate initial response activities in accordance with approved security procedures and escalation protocols.
• Ensure accurate incident documentation, CCTV observations, shift reports, operational records, and security reporting requirements are completed within established timelines.
• Support investigations through the identification, retrieval, preservation, and management of CCTV footage and access control records.
• Coordinate the deployment and performance of CCTV and SOC personnel, providing coaching, guidance, and operational direction as required.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of security procedures, monitoring standards, audits, drills, inspections, and compliance activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant Diploma, Degree, professional certification, or equivalent experience in Security Management, Criminology, Information Technology, Electronic Security, Law Enforcement, or a related discipline.

• Strong experience in CCTV surveillance, Security Operations Centre operations, or electronic security monitoring environments.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or coordinate personnel within a 24/7 operational security environment.
• Practical experience in CCTV monitoring, incident management, security reporting, evidence retrieval, and security investigations.
• Good understanding of CCTV systems, video management systems, access control systems, alarms, radios, and security communication platforms.
• Strong situational awareness, analytical ability, decision-making skills, integrity, confidentiality, and operational discipline.
