• We are recruiting a versatile and highly-organized secretary to perform administrative roles and duties.

Job Description

• Performing day to day administrative duties.
• Ensuring meetings are effectively organized.
• Achieving sales target.
• Maintaining effective sales record.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing facilities for events if required.
• Entering data, maintaining data base and keeping records.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining of an event.
• Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Requirements
Education:

• B.Sc, HND, OND, NCE

Experience:

• Minimum of one year experience.

Skills:

• Ability to work on no supervision.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Strong ability to multitask.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Ability to manage people.
• Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets using office software such as MSword, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 / month.
