Job Title: Secretary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
• Maintain office records, documents, and schedules
• Support the management team with correspondence and meeting arrangements
• Ensure smooth running of daily office operations.

Requirements

• Qualification: OND or NCE in relevant disciplines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior administrative experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
