About the Role

• We’re hiring a smart, organised Secretary to support day-to-day operations at a well-known diagnostic medical centre in Warri.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle front-desk reception, patient check-in, and calls/emails.
• Schedule appointments and maintain management diaries.
• Prepare documents, perform data entry, and manage records.
• Liaise with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND qualification or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
• 2 – 5 years experience in an administrative or secretarial role (healthcare experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and professionalism.
