We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary / Front Desk Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to customers professionally
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages and customer enquiries
• Record incoming and outgoing laundry accurately
• Prepare invoices, receipts and customer records
• Follow up on customer orders and deliveries
• Maintain proper administrative records
• Assist the Manager with administrative duties
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Keep the reception and administrative area neat and organised

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND or B.Sc/BA in any field
• Previous administrative, customer service or front desk experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must be organised, courteous and presentable
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
