Job Title: Secretary / Front Desk Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are looking for an organized, smart, and friendly Secretary / Front Desk Officer to manage daily office operations and client communications.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, well-spoken, and able to multitask in a busy travel agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to clients (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email).
• Maintain records, files, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing travel documents and follow-up messages.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and client calls.
• Support the CEO and travel consultants with administrative tasks.
• Handle daily reporting, payment records, and client follow-up lists.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an ND / Degree
• We’re looking for flight reservations staff, with a minimum of two years of experience with a registered travel agency.

Salary
N80,000 – N110,000 monthly.
