We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are looking for a presentable and proactive Secretary to provide efficient administrative and organizational support.
  • The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and able to think critically while solving problems with diligence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and staff.
  • Prepare, edit, and format letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Take accurate minutes during meetings and circulate action points.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and telephone communication effectively.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Anticipate organizational needs and proactively propose solutions.
  • Support the implementation of digital tools and processes for efficiency.

Requirements

  • B.Sc degree in Law, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
  • Female candidate, presentable and professional in appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Meet).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Project management skills
  • Good writing and editing skills
  • Candidate must reside in Abuja and should be within the age range of 23-30 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
