• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary in Egbeda Lagos to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
• The ideal candidate will manage correspondence, schedule appointments, maintain records, and support management with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc Business Administration, Secretariat studies or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
