We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary / Admin Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters, and visitors).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Take minutes during meetings and circulate action points.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital records).
  • Handle office supplies, procurement requests, and inventory tracking.
  • Support basic financial administration (invoices, receipts, petty cash where applicable).
  • Maintain office calendars and ensure timely reminders for tasks and events.
  • Assist in onboarding and general support for staff and management.
  • Ensure a tidy, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of confidentiality expectations.
