Job Summary

• We are urgently recruiting Savings and Loans Officers to join our growing team. We are looking for smart, trustworthy, and hardworking individuals who can help us manage customer savings, grow our membership base, and support our lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize savings and new customers for MiCash.
• Manage daily contributions and customer deposit records.
• Promote MiCash products, including savings plans and loan services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure repayment of loans.
• Maintain accurate reports and submit daily activity updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or BSc in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in marketing, savings mobilization, or microfinance is an added advantage.
• Must be based in Owerri or able to resume immediately.
