Job Title: Salon Supervisor

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa salon.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, manage staff schedules, monitor service quality, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate salon staff, ensuring professional service delivery.
• Monitor daily operations, including client appointments and service standards.
• Manage stock levels for salon products and tools.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain quality service and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a salon or spa.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of salon/spa operations and customer service excellence.
• Must reside in Abuja.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
