Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nail store located in Lekki Phase.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of salon staff, including nail technicians, receptionists, and cleaners, to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new salon staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take appropriate actions to achieve financial targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure the salon remains competitive in the market.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development among salon staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in salon management or cosmetology is a plus.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Salon Manager or similar role, preferably in a nail salon setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire salon staff.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
