Job Title: Sales Support Officer

Job Summary

• The Sales Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient execution of sales activities and achievement of business objectives.
• You will coordinate customer orders, maintain sales records, prepare reports, and serve as a key link between customers, sales personnel, and internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Process customer orders, quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, escalating issues where necessary.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
• Monitor sales activities and assist in tracking sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Support the preparation of tenders, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, customer service, or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working within a manufacturing, trading, FMCG, or similar business environment is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and order fulfillment procedures.
