Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Support Officer

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Process the full Sales cycle and update the records on the ERP System.
• This includes client/supplier requests, quotations, orders, invoices, status updates
• Provide back-office support to the sales team during the discharge of functions.
• Handle and manage effectively all Sales team archives and electronic storage activities
• Maintain the Sales team business calendars and coordinate with the
• Administration Department where need be.
• Provide back-office support to the Sales team in the discharge of functions
• Prepare and report the monthly sales results to the team to give them visibility on their progress concerning objectives and targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field
• Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Process is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and MS 365. Knowledge of MS Dynamics is a plus
• Certification in Data Analytics/Visualization software is a plus.
