We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilties

• Help customers access smartphone loans using our app
• Onboard new users, verify KYC, and set up repayment plans
• Partner with phone retailers to drive BNPL product adoption
• Track repayments, follow up on defaults, and resolve field issues
• Provide customer education and submit daily field reports.

Variable Pay

• Salary: N70,000 monthly.
• Commission plus performance based bonus.
