Key Responsibilities

• Develop new market and recruit new distributors in your allocated regions.
• Manage the existingdistributors to meet up their monthly target.
• Recruit and develop sub dealers and wholesalers in your region.
• Manage the sales team within your region to push/sell out for the distributors.
• Meet and exceedset Monthly Sales Target
• Manage and execute approved sales strategy and plans nationwide.
• Lead market storms for the sales team.
