Summary

• They are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate their team of Sales Canvassers
• The Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of sales canvassers, drive sales growth, and ensure the achievement of targets.
• The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales canvassers.
• Train, mentor, and motivate canvassers to achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase customer base.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Accompany canvassers in the field to provide guidance and support.
• Ensure proper distribution of marketing materials and product information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (mechanics, retailers, transport companies, etc.).
• Gather market intelligence and competitor activities to improve sales strategy.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in FMCG, lubricants, or automotive products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales growth.
• Ability to work in the field and travel as required.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
