Job Title: Sales Representative Officer (SRO)

Location: Beriut, Kano
Employment Type: Part-time

Role Overview

• We are looking for passionate and result-driven Sales Representatives Officers to join our team. The role involves building strong retail relationships, expanding outlet coverage, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a monthly sales target assigned to the branch.
• Achieve distribution KPIs including:
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising across trade channels.
• Drive collections and ensure adherence to company’s credit terms.
• Report competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and trade insights.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales records and submit to Sales Supervisor.

Performance Metrics

• Monthly Target: N120,000,000 – Above (Naira).
• KPIs: Volume & value growth, coverage expansion, outlet productivity, and trade execution standards.

Requirements

• OND / NCE minimum; B.Sc. is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Kano environment and other northern states.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Must reside in or close to the assigned location.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: N120,000 – Above / Month.
• Incentive Bonus from Target.
