LVTOPSUN (Guangdong LVTOPSUN New Energy Co., Limited) is a professional Chinese manufacturer specializing in the research, development, production, sales, and service oflithium-ion energy storage batteries and systems, particularly for home and commercial use, offering solutions like LiFePO4 batteries, battery packs, and energy storage containers. Established in 2008, they focus on high-quality, safe, long-lasting products for solar energy integration, with business in over 50 countries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze a client’s energy usage and requirements to propose suitable system sizes (e.g., 1.5KVA, 3.5KVA) and configurations.
  • Provide cost estimates, financial analyses, handle objections, and close sales, often involving performance-based incentives.
  • Identify new leads, contact potential clients, and plan new marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners (installers, distributors), and key stakeholders.
  • Expand sales networks in specific regionsin Abuja or Lagos, leveraging local knowledge.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on inverter technologies, battery types (like Lithium), installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, often including B2B sales to installers.
  • Attend trade shows, expos, and local events to promote products and meet potential clients.

Coordination and After-Sales Support:

  • Maintaining contact with clients post-installation to ensure system satisfaction and secure referrals.
  • Providing regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • SSCE / NCE / ND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences or any related field
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Computer literacy andproficiency in social media/digital marketing
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-driven attitude.
  • Understanding of financial analysis for solar projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving energy market.
