Hatlab Ice Cream Delite is a hospitality organization that specializes in the production, wholesale and retail of traditional Italian gelato and other complimentary pastries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Locations: Osogbo, Osun and Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The sales representative will be responsible for the below tasks:

• Welcome and greet customers. Make all our customers feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
• Inform customers of specials and product selections.
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel our customers will enjoy.
• Answer questions about our products, beverages, and other companys’ functions and services.
• Learn the names and personally recognize our regular customers.
• Take product and beverage orders from customers and enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
• Deliver ice cream and other products with the requisite speed and urgency.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas associated with the job function.
• Monitor and observe customers eating experiences. Ensure customers are satisfied with our product and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Prepare the final bill, present it to customers, accept payment, process POS card charges, or makechange. Encourage the use of a master card (if available).
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 monthly.
