Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a smart, reliable, and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join its growing retail team.
• The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and passionate about sales.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing inventory, creating basic digital content, and supporting day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service both in-store and through online channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and orders.
• Provide accurate information about products and assist customers with purchases.
• Process sales transactions and maintain high customer service standards.
• Upload new products and update product information on the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Design basic promotional graphics using Canva.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
• Manage inventory by recording stock movements and reporting low stock levels.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the store remains clean, organized, and attractive.
• Support daily store operations and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
• Must reside in or around Amuwo Odofin, Ago Palace Way, or nearby locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, computers, and digital applications.
• Experience using Canva and email marketing tools is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good inventory management and record-keeping skills.
• Honest, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
