With locations in Lekki and Ikeja, Lagos, tWIF also offers after-sales services like alterations. Their mission? Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lekki, Lagos

Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and offer excellent service across all platforms
• Handle order processing, follow-ups, and provide after-sales support
• Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure smooth daily office activities
• Coordinate internal communication and support HR/Admin functions
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them appropriately.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in any relevant field
• 1–3 years experience in customer service or administrative roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A genuine interest in fashion and a can-do attitude.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
