Quanlee Overseas Warehouse is a warehousing and supply chain company specializing in heavy-duty truck parts. Quanlee operates across multiple locations in Nigeria and works with a strong global supply chain network connected to China.

Quanlee provides warehousing, distribution, sourcing, and customer support services to auto parts distributors, workshops, retailers, and industrial businesses. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative – South West

Locations: Ikeja – Lagos, Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are looking for proactive and results-driven Sales Representatives to help expand our customer network and grow sales across assigned regions.
  • The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with customers, building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and managing client accounts professionally.
  • This role involves field sales, customer relationship management, market expansion, and supporting the company’s sales and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers within assigned territories
  • Visit customers regularly and maintain strong relationships
  • Promote and sell company products to customers and distributors
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Create and manage customer records accurately
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices
  • Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and after-sales support
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order fulfillment and delivery
  • Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and negotiations
  • Support the company’s growth strategy within assigned regions

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Higher National Diploma (HND), OND, or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Must be proactive, honest, and responsible
  • Ability to use smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools for communication and reporting
  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations
  • Ability to speak English fluently
