Job Title: Sales Representative – Retail Electronics

Location: Lekki / Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell the company’s electronics products, attract new customers, maintain existing relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell lectronics’ products to new and existing customers.
• Attend to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, social media, and field marketing.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Provide accurate information about product features, prices, warranties, and availability.
• Prepare sales records and reports as required.
• Work with the Inventory and Operations teams to confirm product availability.
• Keep records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to Management.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and other sales initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

• Achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Number of new customers acquired.
• Sales revenue generated.
• Lead conversion rate.
• Customer retention and repeat purchases.
• Timely follow-up with prospective customers.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics, retail, telecommunications, or consumer goods.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Confident, persuasive, and proactive personality.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to conduct field sales activities when required.

Ideal Candidate:

• The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused, with a strong interest in sales and the ability to turn customer enquiries into actual purchases.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: N120,000
• Other applicable benefits and allowances will be communicated in accordance with company policy.
