We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Eneka, Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services of the company to potential and existing customers.
  • This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

Product Knowledge:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively present and demonstrate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify selling opportunities and challenges.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and presentations.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs and requirements.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager or relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal departments to coordinate sales efforts and maximize opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with 2 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 – N300,000 monthly.
