We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Locations: Kuje, Gwagwalada, Ghaki, Garki, Bwari – Abuja, Keffi, Lafia, Mararaba – Nasarawa, Jos North – Plateau, Buruku – Benue
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide accurate information about repair and service processes
  • Promote company services and drive customer engagement
  • Receive customer devices and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist with basic device checks and warranty verification
  • Maintain organized records of collected devices
  • Follow up with customers regarding service updates when required
  • Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Support branch targets by encouraging service adoption
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s service standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / BSc
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an added advantage
  • Basic computer literacy is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones (TECNO, Infinix, itel is an advantage)
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
