We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the company by demonstrating excellent communication skills and being courteous to all customers that walk into the store.
• Demonstrate proper use of makeup and cross-sell skincare and beauty products as needed
• Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skincare products based on their preferences
• Help clients find products they’re looking for on shelves and make alternative suggestions in case products requested may be unavailable
• Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying and advise customers on skincare and beauty regimens as needed
• Inform customers of prices, special offers and deals that may be available.
• Input customer information on the system at all times, in a situation of system downtime all customer details should be written in a logbook and imputed on the system once it has been restored.
• Ensure the store is up to standard at all times i.e. product arrangements, tidiness of the sales floor
• Ensure products displayed on shelves are in great condition at all times and communicate colour changes, damages or close expiration of products to the direct reporting line promptly.
• Active involvement in the prompt stock requisition and goods received in branch assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• OND qualification
• 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.

Salary

• N35,000 – N40,000 Monthly.
