Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, promoting the company’s products and services, following up on leads, and converting prospects into paying customers.
• We are looking for someone who is confident, persuasive, proactive, target-driven, and able to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales channels.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
• Promote FixCenter’s products and services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
• Contact potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service information to prospective customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations where required.
• Negotiate with customers and work towards closing sales in line with company pricing and policies.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional service sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
• Meet and work towards assigned monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, opportunities, and achieved targets.
• Work closely with the Customer Service, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of sold services.
• Stay informed about the company’s products, services, pricing, and competitive offerings.
• Gather customer feedback and market information and communicate relevant insights to management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or a related role is an advantage.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuade potential customers.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Good prospecting, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in a service-based, electronics, technology, or maintenance-related business is an added advantage.
